    Went to see this today, the customer says that there was a bang and since then no motor movement but everything else is working. motor tests ok so unless any of you people can think of anything, i would say the pcb is the culprit. I have checked the pcb and there’s no sign of damage however.

    I did mention that to her but as with all washing machine repairs “it’s urgent”. However i think that i will send it to you for repair once the new one is installed, wouldn’t be a bad idea to have one in stock, assuming i’m right and it is the module.
