    Hi All,

I have the above machine for a few years and have a problem in that it turns on but makes clicking noises and doesnt fill.

I took the control panel out and found it too be fried on a relay contact so requires a new module at around £100.

Question is – is it worth replacing or just renew the machine. I changed the door panel a few months ago and now this – Just wondering what could be next?

    Look forward to your replies.

BTW basic Bosch dishwashers start at around £270 – hence the question!

Not sure Bosch shall be a good replacement. Our SGS43T52GB/21 appears to have a heater unit fault after only 2½ years (best part of £100 for replacement part).

I’ve been considering Zanussi / Electrolux as alternatives at around the same price of £270, but no idea whether they are likely to be more reliable.

Best of luck getting a more useful answer to your question.

If it’s a burnt out solder joint, re-solder it. Free!
