    Hi folks

Got called to this today, as above but also mod. no 444445153 Ser No. 50107437 on label.

Every thing flashing quickly – displays flashing 8888

BUT series of 7 indicators on L/H side of panel – 6 on R/H side (3×2)

    Indicators 1 & 5 on L/H and 2 & 3 on R/H side illuminated.

Is this a fault code? or is it just the pcb knackered?

This all happened after a power cut by Local Electric Co. Suspect a surge might have caused some electronic problem.

Just wondered if anyone out there might be in the know or can help.

    Thanks

    Mick

    Hi

I have exactly the same situation on a 707MF power cut and when the power came back on the display flashs at a fast rate and the buzzer makes a ticking noise (located on power board), then the cooling fan kicks in while all this happening and speeds up and down.

power board or display/control board ?

    TIA

    Jeremy
