The “Off” button on the front control panel has pushed in completely. This happened during normal use – it was not pressed too hard.

At this stage, I do not know whether the button has simply become dislodged or whether there is something more serious beind it.

I am a competent DIYer but cannot immediately see how to remove the pcb on which these control switches are mounted and the last thing I want to do is break something while trying to fix it. Any advice on how to remove it would be helpful so that I can investigate this further. (The hood is still fitted to the wall – does it have to come down first (the hood, not the wall, that is)?). Thanks.
