    Hi
    after help with this condensor dryer, machine runs for about 5 mins
    then stops.

    more specifics would be great, what have you checked ?, does it happen all the time ?,does it heat ?, any lights on or flashing ?

    Ask the customer for the User Manual (look at page 17).

    Machine runs automatic to programme selected.
    If no clothes in drum or dry clothes in drum conductivity sensors will switch off.
    Select timed programme instead of auto dry programme if you are testing.

    thanks for the replys the machine switches off after 5 min alarm sounded
    to say finished and the end light comes on
    customer now thinks machine could be under warranty after i picked
    dryer up, waiting to hear
