went to this old d/w today 1996,mc just stopped mid cycle,nothing just mais light on.took outer door off shut power tuned timer to start position again and off it went finishing cycle.i was told that it does this often then corrects itself any ideas richard, 😕

Most common fault was broken wiring down where the loom comes up and round the door hinge screw. The broken wires will make and break on opening and shutting the door.
