    obviously not pumping ,hopefully due to blockage rather than knackered pump.I have hand empried the cavity and drain well cannot feel at block in various holes in base of well.I have pulled the drain pipe out of my ubend ,checked the ubend and all is clear how easy is it to get deeper into the machine to clear blocks.
    It stops and the door pops open which I assume is meant to happen
    any help/advice gratefully accepted

    I will add that I have searched and found another post re a different favorit with this code and have done all suggested in,is anyone able to help further than suggesting cleaning filters(done) checking external waste(done) thanks again

    To access the drain pump, remove plug, door outer, kick board and lower cover panel and it’s straight in front of you. There is a tab to be released and and two hoses, then the pump can be pulled clear for inspection.

    SORRY I missed you but do you mean remove the fron of the door and the kick plate beneath that?

    If you think there’s blockage, it will be in the drain pump (or the pump will have failed). The instructions above tell you how to access it, so yes, the door outer panel has to go, as does the plastic kick panel and the metal cover panel behind it.
