I’ve been thinking for some weeks now, ever since Ian was on about a lectern, about a PA of our own with an RF mic.
I think we should consider it as it was and, has been, a problem. 😕
TBH I’ve been thinking about buying a PA system, RF mic and lectern from UKW as it’s become apparent that we could really be doing with them for the meetings.
It also just so happens that I’ve hung onto a couple of pop up screens and a couple of spare projectors from the P&G training days. Is there any merit in seeing if we can get them hooked into one system so people can see and hear everything?
Bearing in mind, this is a hobby of mine throwing systems like this together for AV purposes and, this ain’t rocket science but it will cost a few sheckles to do it.
It’d be bl00dy impressive though. 😉

I still have the small PA system from my band days. Would need a couple of stands and mikes to fully recommission, but available if required.
Actually, I still have the 2.5kwatt rig as well – might be a trifle excessive……

Absolutely ,we need one desperately then maybe everyone will listen at the back as well .
