    Model number: WA2216 EASY
    Manufacturer: EBD
    S/N: 20052101394-010010286-01

So, my EBD washing machine broke down today.
The fuse (in my house) broke, but I’m not sure if the washing machine broke down because the electricity disappeared, or the other way around.

When I try to start it, it makes some noise for a couple of minutes, but the motor is not spinning. The drive belt is intact.
I belive it’s either the motor or the carbon brushes, but maybe some of you know tht better.

But my biggest problem is, I can’t find any retailers, or information about this mashine. I bought it used so I don’t know where its bought :rolls:
The woman I bought it from mentioned that it was the same as some other brand, but I can’t remember what other brand it was (Asko or Elto I think, but I’m not sure)

I’d be extremely grateful for any help.
And please excuse my bad english :rolls:

looks like a servis number to me, if it it then it is probably a pcb and/or motor.

just for the future if you do get this repaired or buy a new one, overloading it causes clothes to overhang and catch the door gasket, as it is turning it rips pieces off the gasket and damages the clothes as well. also it wont wash to well or could even be the cause of the problem you have if clothing has stopped the drum.
