    Hoover Condenser VHC 391T – 80 Fitted a door latch to it and had to lie it on its back to get at door switch to reset as locking mechanism out of position. Worked ok a couple of times now wont work saying empty bottle even though no water in Bottle. Have I disturbed something cheers

    its possible the the float chamber which tells you to empty the water is stuck.
    bit off a big job plug out first.

    Cheers fot that. Suppose its drum out for this one or is there an easy way (joke) to get at float. Located with pump i expect. Only told over phone that nothing happening except possibl can hear pump working. No drum and water bottle full light

    Depends what computer im on, my main (older) one just will not let me log on to my Trade Acc keeps throwing up errors and cutting my connection. So for general advice use basic acc on old comp, and laptop for Trade. Apologies for confusion
