    I repaired this machine a few weeks ago for leaking into the base. I got called back today. The first four leds light up and it beeps ten times. There is no water in the base. I cant find a powerpoint error code in the other thread. Can anyone advise me please. Thank you.

    Powerpoint = Irish Haeir……. 1st four is flooded base.

    The base id dry and the switch and float are ok.

    Hi. Have a powerpoint TW36FI and powers up ok but I cannot select a program. Only the salt LED comes on. Any ideas please.

    Sorry. That should read “The base is dry and the switch and float are ok”
    Any other ideas ??
