ParticipantHi Alll, I have been called to this machine today and have booked it in for Monday.
I am trying to get some info on it before I go to it.
The customer says that the machine is dead apart from the display (digital). She sets the time as normal and the time will count down on the display but thats all it does.
Anyone got any pointers for this one.

ParticipantI’d be looking at the door lock on this . I’ve had a similar prob with the Neff version and it was the door lock .

I have gone to a few dead Bosch machines to find the plug on the interlock disconnect.

Ok I give up how do you get to the interlock on this machine?
It looked like the front panel would come off butno joy so I took the side panel off and I still cant get at the interlock.

Thanks for the link. I did think that the front panel had to come off, but how do you remove the control panel. Is it just the plastic lugs across the top of the panel. I did try to take it off but it seemed to be very tight.

I never had to take the front off to see if the plug was disconnected, i could get it fron the top. Shine a torch down and have a look.

Just a quick follow up on this one.
Went back to the machine today with an interlock and it now works just as it should.
The fascia was just held on with plastic lugs and then the front panel just clips in behind it.
