This cooker main oven heats to 175o then trips out, all elements checked have disconnected stat and timer, still trips you reset trip and staight back on for a few minutes. Strange thing tangial fan starts the minute you turn it on and it has 2 cut out stats one for each oven?
The other thing Baumatic eng out 5 times and could not repair, so I think there must be a cut out stat for 175o that shorts, wiring diagram would be helpfull.

    Thanks Kirk

Well considering I used the megger on everything and could not find anything even slightly out, there is a something happening at 175o that is enought to trip RCD, the appliance has had wires cut neons changed stat main oven supposed to be changed new connection fitted old one left beside it plus old neons.

Sounds like a strange fault. My money’s on it being something like a wire shorting to the casing or possibly inside the mains cable around the clamp/strain relief point.

    Thanks for your input Mike,
I feel you could be right as the wiring in several places are showing signs of over heating, also both oven bulbs were blown and holders burnt, it is the first of these I have seen and wondered what switches at 175o as it is only at that temp, and trip will reset imediatley.
