    Customer tells me the machine only does half a turn and stops green lights flashing, but will run with the drum empty a bit longer then same fault.
    can anyone advise please John.

    Deltra, thanks for your help.
    I questioned this as the motor kicks in on empty drum, why would it stop unless it goes into reverse and struggles to kick back in
    John.
