Hope this is in the right place!
I have just taken washing out of my Hotpoint, and some of it is dirtier than when it went in! I have a bit of black, scum stuff on the ruber door/drum seal. Have tried running an empty, hot wash-doesn’t shift it. Have tried scrubbing/scraping-not much better…any ideas how to remove this deposit?? Many thanks, Clare xx

Once you’ve got the door seal changed, buy some of THIS STUFF. It’s the equivalent fo an atomic bomb for washing machines.
