    Can anyone ot there tell me what the following failure code means PLEASE. selecting the hotest program and switching on after a few mins light arrow and bar flashes blue and the glass and cups light flashes red.

    Hi Bill,

    Don’t know if this will help but if you take off the panel at the bottom front of the machine you should find an Technical Leaflet, I think fault codes are listed on it, unless someone else has taken it out and not put it back as I have found out before :rolls:
