allyVery good site, I note in association with 4Ourhouse, and we all know who that is. If you are not sure, dig a bit deeper, you will recognise the site. Even the DHL Delivery guy at the bottom of the manufacturers list for spares looks familiar.
As the Penguin says, this is for retail etc. UKW Users do indeed use their preferred supplier and naturally shop around.

its been launched as a retail site, we get so many enquires for small items its just easier to point them in the direction of our website, 4Ourhouse set the prices.

Nothing to fear Jim as Simon and Paul use just one log in under their company name. When Simon is grafting out on the road Paul can use the site (and vice versa)….. 😉

Hi Paul and Simon, just one observation, you are using the connect link, brill no problem only issue you may have. If you click on any appliance type it lists repaircare and offers fixed price servicing and online booking.
This is probably a small detail but when your own site promotes your own service it could be misleading and probably worth looking into.
