Hi I have a Diplomat 8552 Washing Machine. The 4 wires on the back of the machine from the Thermostate have come off. I have two small white wires with TH on them, and also 2 grey wires with T90 on them. I am unable to find any markings on the thremostate which tellls me which way
the wires have to be put back on.
The two white wires go back to the circut board, and one grey wire goes back to the heater element. The other Grey wires goes to the pressure switch. Can you please help me…If possible can you email the reply.

    Thanks
    Roz

You need a test meter. The “thermostat” is a combination thermister and cut-out. Using the meter, the cut-out terminals will give a reading of virtually zero ohms. The thermister will give a reading in kOhms.

    Power off first.
