    For all of the products:

      (ISE1606W – ISE10 Washing Machine – 10 Year Warranty
      ISE2 – AW23 Washing Machine (2 year warranty)
      ISE2 – AW23 Washing Machine (5 year warranty)
      ISECD60W – ISE10 Condenser Tumble Dryer – 10 Year Warranty
      ISEDV60W – ISE10 Vented Tumble Dryer – 10 Year Warranty
      ISE5 – DW1 Dishwasher)

    I get the message

    Product not found!

    when following their respective links.

    There is a re-jig taking place with the revision of the product range. Links will be restored whan that is complete.

    Then maybe something should be posted on the site to say so.

    It’s OK for me as I have made the link between them and this site to find out information, but some people may go there, see that and NEVER go back.

    A simple message to say that the product details will be available soon, rather than product not found, would IMHO look more proffesional and may retain those buyers who like me can wait but might be looking at other choices.

    It was an old link that’d been there a long time, it’s now sorted.

    We, like a lot of sites, struggle to keep all links up to date especially given the volume of them.

    I am following the link in the left hand column of this forum…


    I scroll to the bottom of the page and click the highlighted link


    I select a product or it’s details


    And get this…


    and that is for EVERY product on the page, not just the ISE2/5 which I know there is something happening with.

    The ISE website is due a bit of tweaking in the next week or so but it’s now fixed.

    Thanks for letting us know as it’s really easy to miss the odd link that changes.
