works on diagnostic check fine, but when normal wash selected sometimes the 11 flash for owi shows its ugly head, but not all the time. Boiling water and toothbrush at ready but does it have an owi or amI cleaning the “pressure switch” ( black unit at 3 oclock)?, Is it replace owi if it has one or PCB?
    cheers Johnnyboy

OWI if fitted should be inline with water intake & tells CPU how much water has entered the machine, should have 3 connections: +5v supply,
Negative normally on middle terminal & +5v pulsed or Squarewave output.
To check: Measure across +5v input & Negative first, then from third (output) pin to Negative with water flowing into machine, for a working meter you should see the voltage pulsing up to 5v or very near, easier to see on a meter with Bargraph display or an Analogue. To make the pulse easier to see you can turn the water pressure into the machine down a bit,
have also had this fault caused by a partially blocked water intake filter.

Andy, The OWI = optical water indicator not flowmeter.

I’ve been banging my head on exact same problem on a Prima LPR600 for some time now. (Doesn’t have OWI). For the time being the customer is supposed to be trying different wash cycles. He’d rather wash at 70 degrees for the machine’s remaining life than lay out £100 on a module and I think that does make economic sense. I’ll be interested to know how you get on.
