The fault I have on this unit is that the fridge fan motor has ice around it and is noisey. The fridge evaporater has white fluffy ice on upper half and solid clear ice onj lower half. As the vent to fan is blocked as well the fridge is not cooling at all.
Tested fuse, sensor and heater which appear to be ok and once ice defrosted fan ran as well.
From reading other notes on the samsungs it suggests that changing the evap cover and thermal fuse should cure fault. Would this be the case for this unit and is there a diagnosis/service mode for this unit?

Any advice on this one would be appricated

change the evap cover and def sensor also meter the heater splitting the tray heater and main heater first.I would also do a search for rs21 and there is a little bit of reading.

    cheers chris

Thanks for that. Forgot there was 2 heaters 😳 so when measured I thought it was ok.

Will take and check when I go back
