I have to go to an AEG induction hob tomorrow; lights go on but no heat. How hard are they to work on? I know this is a long shot, but, any ideas what is likely to be wrong or what to look / test for? I haven’t looked at one before, but past postings suggest they are a nightmare……. 🙁
I know it sounds daft but are they using the right pans? We get people who move into a house with an induction hob and have never used one before ringing us as they wont work (as they have normal pans), Lights up but just flashes.
Well, stripped this hob this morning and the PCB was blown. Distriparts only list the rings and PCB cluster as one complete unit – £934.00 retail. :conf:
Not really expecting to get the go ahead, methinks…… :rolls:
