    Hi folks,
    My dishwasher has error code E6 and I cannot find the manual with the codes in 🙁 Can anyone tell me what E6 is?

    The model is ADP8234

    No drain detected in the time allowed. You probably have some sort of blockage.

    Power off if you intend to deal with this yourself.

    Thanks Penguin45,
    I have had all the pipes off and cleaned them out. All clean now, is it worth taking the tank off at the side and swilling that out.

    Best left undisturbed – doesn’t always want to seal when refitted. If you’re in there, pull the drain pump and check for blockages and detritus. Also check sink coupling if appropriate.

    Checked pump its OK think ill take a chance with tank.
    cant see what else it can be. Do you know what the pressure switch is for?
    Its working OK just wondered 🙂

    Found it 😀 😀 😀
    It was the negative wire running under the hinge that had broken. Yipee no more washing up 8) Thanks for help penguin45
