Nightmare!!! hehe. The customer has had a go at this himself and chewed the actuator of the door latch to bits. I ordered a new door latch, but for the life of me, I cannot get the door to open with the actuator in the open position. It is fitted with a device that is supposed to lock the door when the decor door is pushed down, and up to this point it works fine. I spent an hour and a half trying to sort it, but had to give up in the end. Can anyone help please? I think I am missing something obvious here. Cheers
