A leading manufacturer of domestic appliances is seeking to form its own network of repairers. I am collating information and have enclosed an important document which you might like to consider. The information on the document will only be used to present to the manufacturer, a list of interested repair agents who the manufacturer can then contact to introduce themselves and to formally offer a contract.
At this stage I can not reveal finer details to you but you are free to speak to me on the phone and I will endeavour to answer any queries that I can, within the remit I am doing this task.
I have to work to a time frame and ask that you fax back this form before 1200 hours on Tuesday 15th July. I will assume failure to receive your form to be that you are not interested at this stage.
