    I was called to this machine for a no spin fault. I tested the motor and the loom from motor to board and as they were ok I replaced the program board. It still did not spin. No motor action at all and no fault code. Confused I took it to the workshop to test where it worked perfectly straight away. I kept it for a few days testing washing and spinning. I brought it back to customer and NO MOTOR ACTION 👿 .I took it away again and it worked in the workshop !!! Help please

    I had one a few years ago it would fill do everything but no motor action, and no fault code but if i disconected the earth wire from the motor it worked, after trying almost everything i put a pressure switch in and it worked, never come across another like it since though, anything can screw the electronics up on these i’m afraid JJ

    including no earth in plug, reverse polarity, down to earth heater, etc

    Earth is working. Polarity has not been changed in sockets ,if the element was faulty then why would it work in the workshop ???
