Suspect the module behind the facia but would like to know I haven’t missed something.
Carbons only half worn, tacho looks good, wiring to motor checks out OK.
Symptoms are tumble only, no spin, Set programmer to spin manually but it switches from ready to wash and not spin and just sits there tumbling.

Does it drain OK? Does pump operate when spin selected? What about p/sw?

    Thanks for the reply Mike.
It fills to usual levels, drains normally, it goes through the whole cycle and finishes but doesn’t do a spin.
Plus when I manually try to do a spin the control doesn’t play ball as explained in my previous post

From your description, it sounds as if the board may be retaining a memory of a previous setting and not allowing a new programme to be selected until it’s cleared. But how to clear it is the ❓ I sometimes look in the instruction manual at times like that. (We can’t be expected to know all the foibles of operating so many makes and models.)

How old is the machine ? as when these first came out the boards were abit sensitive and required new updated boards as there would only tumble and not go into a spin.
