Has anyone else received the latest Partfinder V12 disc?

Got mine this afternoon and just tried to install it. Two attempts on my desktop both failed to copy files. 😥

Tried it on my laptop and got exactly the same. 😥 😥

I have used Partfinder and the earlier FastTrak and have never encountered this problem before.

I have never uninstalled the previous version, just allowed the setup.exe of the latest version to do this automatically.

At first I thought that my DVD/CD drive may have needed a clean on my desktop but to have the same failure on two different PC’s points to a dodgy CD Rom.

    UPDATE.

Had a good look at the disc, brand new, cellophane wrapped from the Indesit Company.

The business side of the disc was really manky, streaky marks, scratches etc.

I used a proprietary CD cleaner fluid and a soft cloth to clean it and it has now loaded perfectly on both PC’s. 8)

np probs my end so I guess you got a duff one, what do you expect for £55?
Think I had a naff one some issues back and they needed a lot of persuading to believe me and even sent a stamped paid padded bag for me to return the duff one.
