after dryer been on for a while it leaks from door assy,
when door opened there is condensation on the left side of front panel.
its a full size door ie whole front panel.
seems like there is steam coming out of drum via the door seal, but door seal looks ok..

any one had or seen this before ..
    cheers ally

I would check the airflow and it is venting ok. Had this with vent hose either blocked with fluff or water or where the fresh air is sucked in could be blocked.

I had one of these and not sure i ever really solved it, changed the valve on the water tank as that wa leaking and I think the seals on the door.

Official line from Electrolux on these:

    Leakage from door
    Brand: ZANUSSI
    Model: TCS65, PNC 916090243.
    TC180, PNC 916090254.
There have been reported instances of leakage from the door area and on
inspection it appears to be from the rubber connection between the outer door
and the main body of the machine.
Because these tumble dryers condense the steam within the door, it has been
found that leakage can occur if the customer opens the door during the drying
    cycle.
The factory have now added a warning, in the customers handbook, warning
against opening the door during a cycle and this is also repeated on a sticker
which is on the inside of the door
