    been to this dishwasher 3 times now same fault every time

    when i attend machine is full of water 2nd and 3rd lights flashing 5th steady ( no pump out)

    reset machine (with a lot of difficulty)

    test machine pump never fails 🙁
    leave customer to try and machine goes for a month and doeas it again

    am i missing something

    had similar problem,eventually took out pcb,sent to qer for repair and havent heard anything for over 4 months 8) (maybe shouldnt have said that :rolls: )

    Perhaps a good first step would be to replace the drain pump which can be intermittent?

    its the fact it can go for a month and then fails thats causing problems you cannot convince a customer a part is faulty if it does not fail all the time and despite turning on and off repeatedly pump never fails while i am there
    could be one of those faults that needs to get worse before diagnosis
    i will have to wait and see
