Got a call last night from a frantic customer her RS20 Samsung fridge freezer was cooling properly, i found the evaporator was choked with ice as it was late i defrosted and got it working, but intend going back to check the heaters has anybody had any problems with these i have only been to the RS21’s before this with icebuild up in the fridge which i defrost and refer them to Samsung for the modification JJ
