neff dishwasher s5543x1gb/12

customer reported that dw stops midway through,
got them to put it on 30 b4 i arrived, sounded normal ie wash motor on etc, after about 10 mins it went silent… opened the door and it seemed to be heating , the leds on pcb were out..switched of -on at plug but made no diff, then had a look at pcb for dry solder , pcb looked ok
i think the pcb may be faulty… has anyone else had this
