Pretty green ticks if an item is in stock and a blue dot if not.
    Model numbers (most) in red.
Must be quiet there as well 🙁 .

I dunno – I’ve tried to order a small 145 hotplate for a zanussi hob & at £3.50 a snip at the price for a pattern one !
Asked if they were in stock & the reply was yes – Only 1 hotplate arrived (should be 2) when I asked them when they’ll have them in they said 17 days !!! Not the 1st time I’ve been let down by them. 🙁

The customer won’t wait that long !!! So called Qualtex – Turned up this morning ! Happy Days ! 😛

Makes me wonder if due to the credit crunch stockholding quantities have been lowered, can’t blame them in these times but it is annoying.

Tried to order three common parts the other day all out of stock at Masterpart.

Hoover brushes genuine/ bosch carbons pattern/ Zanussi oven element.

Had to order from 3 seperate suppliers with 3 carrage charges!

We’ve got into the habit of putting ‘in stock’ items on the order then clicking ‘order’ on the basket to check whether the items are actually in stock or not!

At this stage some magically appear as ‘no stock’ so we amend the basket (order elsewhere!) before the final order confirmation 😉
