    Suppose we sell and fit an ISE which leaks and brings the celling down? Would our own public liability insurance cover us or do we need product liability insurance.

    Hi Mike,

    Depends on your PL insurance T&C’s, you’d have to read them or ask the insurer what you are and aren’t covered for.

    Dont know too much about the legalities of this but if its the appliance at fault and not the installer then we wont directly be liable for damage caused. . .?
