    Hi, I haven’t been to job yet but is this a normal case of thermostats as customer has already checked for blockages? If so, can anyone tell me what stats commonly go and please?

    The stats don’t normally fail on these. The m/c is controlled via NTC’s and an overheat stat that is resettable anyway so best to concentrate more on and airflow problem I would think? 😉

    Check carbon brush contacts on drum too while you’re there. 8)
