    This is a double oven and while the main oven was in use the power tripped. Turned the oven off and power back on which immediately tripped again. Left the oven off and switched the wall switch off and turned the power back on but it tripped again when the wall switch was turned on.

    Any thoughts on what the problem might be.

    Almost certainly the fan oven element blowing. You probably need one of THESE.

    Pot boiler on fan oven elements and their eccentric ways can be found HERE.

    Stay safe, power off if you intend to tackle this yourself.
