    Unsure of age of my machine but its at least 3 years old.

    Its used on a daily basis and for some time I’ve had a problem with the fabric conditioner section of the soap drawer. I clean it monthly and am fairly confident there are no blockages in the drawer. But for some reason it is always FULL of water at the end of the cycle. The fabric conditioner is gone I’m just left with water in there. Any ideas please?

    Are you actually removing the drawer to clean it?

    How else would I be able to clean it if I didn’t slide it right out of the machine and put it in my sink to soak and rinse under a hot tap??

    yes, but did you take the cover off the conditioner compartment?

    Yes I did take the blue cover off as well.
