Hi Guys,
I have one of these americal style fridger freezers. It is made by Electrolux. 3 weeks ago the fridge and freezer just stopped getting warm. It it still has 8 months of the 3 year warranty left so the engibneer came out to have a look. He diagnosed the main logic board. So a week later he comes back replaced the board and says it will take 24 hours to all get to working temperatures. Next day still not cold so called him out again. This time he looks and says the compressor is not working. He says it was when he changed the main board, but it now not working. He will let John Lewis know and they will decide weather to repair or replace.
Does anybody have any experience of these? Is it likely to be the compressor, or just something really stupid.
