    Hi,

    I have a hotpoint WF340 yesturday it failed to pump out the water so today my partner stipped down the pump etc to check for blockages, we recoverd some change & few screws, then everything was put back together.

    I have now run a rinse & spin cycle to clean out the machine and make sure it was working, which was fine. Just run a fast wash and it seems that the washing machine got very near to the end of the cycle but then stopped.

    I now have the wash enhance & on/off lights flashing fast. I have the 1st set of light that go downwards, reading from top to bottom this is light 1 & on/off. Could someone please tell me what this error code is, and possible fixes?

    light 1 is f08

    sorry to say, but its the heater relay on the pcb

    new pcb, and smart card/reader required

    typical, unreliable indesit electronics im afraid

    I have just run the machine on a ‘quick wash’ at 30deg and it worked fine, did as it should and no lights came on. The machine was then left on standby overnight (turned on but not started on any cycle) and when I get up in the morning the light is flashing again, even though it has not been used/run through a cycle? Is this typical behaviour?

    there very erratic, it has to be said

    needs a pcb im afraid
