    Has anyone sold these ovens before ?
    Just sold my first one and the customers complaining that it took 4hours to cook a 2.5kg chicken, my wife works on 20mins per pound plus 20mins at the end, so should have been done in 2hrs.
    Checked that both elements are working, the thermostat is regulating
    Any ideas please

    if all elements working got to be a temp problem i would put oven thermometer in to test temp

    i have sold loads of amica gear and never had a single problem and they have a 2 year warranty.

    Checked temperature in oven again it heats up ok
    I’ve now got more information from the tenant, she had a convection oven in her previous house and hates this oven because it takes longer so I think the 4hours was a bit of an exageration
    sorry for wasting your time chaps
