samsung SRL 629 EV quick cool intermitantly turns on

Hi
have a samsung SRL 629 EV , over the past few weeks the fridge quick cool keeps turning itself on as and when it feels it wants to.
The fridge is running at the correct 3 celcius , but the quick cool still turns itself on and chills down to as far as 0 sometimes.
Other times the quick cool comes on and off repeatedly every few seconds, really annoying as it bleeps everytime it goes on or off, and living in a bungalow , I get woken by the bleeping , when it goes into one.
SOMETIMES IT CAN GO DAYS WITHOUT THE FAULT.
OTHER TIMES IT JUST DOES IT FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES , BUT IT CAN GO ON FOR AN HOUR OR MORE.
REALLY AT A LOSS AS TO WHAT IS CAUSING IT ,ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFULLY RECIEVED
Quick update , after reading other posts , I have just done the 10 sec holding of the top two buttons.
It reads — across the top of the figure eights freezer temp and one – on the top right of the figure eight on the fridge temp
