Hi, My delonghi oven seems to take ages to get up to temperature and the bottom of the oven is always cool even when the fan is on. are there 2 elements in the oven and could it be that the bottom element isnt working?

is there a selector switch for multi functions on that oven. if you are using the mode with fan and two elements the chances are that one element is down. if there is a selection with a picture of a fan with a circle around it try that mode. this would be the normal fan oven mode.just had a look at the spares list, it does have upper and lower elements as you said but it also has a circular fan oven element around the fan. most fan ovens (without the multi function facility) would have just the one circular element.
