    PNC – 914521005 – 03
    S/N – 713 01055

    18 MONTHS OLD 🙁

    Went out to this the other day and couldn’t find a fault.
    Customer reported the machine was taking 3 hours on a synthetics program and was struggling its spin.
    Using a mega and a test meter, i have checked the motor, heater, both water solenoids are ok, pressure system is clear and pump & filter are ok too. Simply couldn’t find a fault!
    Customer told me she always uses this program so I suggested she tried a cottons 40o wash to see what happened.
    I received a phone call early this morning from the customer reporting the start/pause light coming on during spin and that she has to manually press it so it can continue.
    Bit of a weird one, suspecting interlock perhaps or module?
    Module is a small fortune according to Connect Distribution so I’m trying to tread a bit careful on this one.
    Help please…….

    If you suspect the PCB, then get your customer to call Electrolux direct. Electrolux do discounted repairs for failed PCB’s on the latest machines.
    Probably the best way to go……. 🙁
