I have just been given the above washer dryer and I cannot get the dryer to work.
I have downloaded the manual and followed the instructions but it doesn’t seem to like me!!
It washes fine and the light comes on to say it is ready to dry but the drum just moves round slowly and it doesn’t heat.
Any ideas as to what this might be and how to fix it?!Thanks

I have the same model that is about to go to the tip (subject to me managing to fix the WF560 washing machine). It is leaking so my problem is on the wash part so if you need any spares for yours I might be able to help you out.. between the two broken ones we might save at least one of them from the tip and do our bit for the environment..keep me posted.

If you run it on dry for a few minutes then remove the lid (with plug out) you can check if the heater box on top of the tub is getting warm. If it is warm you may have a problem with the fan. If it is cold you may have a faulty thermostat, heater or broken wire. Sometimes there is a reset button on one of the thermostats near or on the heater box.
