Diplomat 8702 Washer/Dryer Over heats

I am trying to solve a problem with the above machine, the customer complains the machine sticks during the wash and the water is getting far too hot.

On my first visit I found the thermistor had an earth fault so I changed this expecting to cure the fault. I Have just had a call from the customer saying the machine is still doing the same.

I can only assume the fault will be on either the module or temperature switch.

Has anyone overheating faults on these modules before?
