    Hi i have a diplomat ABA4540 double oven.

    basically, the bottom oven is not working, the clock is not working either

    but the top oven and light is

    the only thing i can think that might have caused the fault is that there was 3 power cuts around the time.

    any help would be appreciated

    if the clock doesnt work, the oven wont

    is the clock working at all? can you not set it to manual?

    the clock needs setting to manual before the oven will function

    the lcd clock panel is not working at all,

    ive tried to set the timer to any sort of random time by using the buttons and that didn’t work either

    Hi Dman,

    Sounds as if the clock itself may well be faulty then. It is effectively a big mains switch so far as the oven is concerned.

    I had a quick look at that oven on what I have and there’s nothing else that jumps out other than the mains terminal block that could cause that fault.

    The clock is about £103 plus VAT and shipping and should be available.
