Hello all. this is my first post, so apologies if I have incorrectly placed my question.
I have a Baumatic single oven, model no. B270M-A. The electronic clock / display has recently stopped displaying, however all of the oven’s functions still operate correctly. Does anyone know how I can fix the display, is it just an internal fuse or is it indicative of something more complicated to fix?
Re: Baumatic single oven – electronic clock not displaying
If it still functions without the display, the timer unit will need replacing. You’ll be fine until it gets turned off at the wall, then it needs the clock resetting before it will work again.
Replacement timer is p/no PRG30002. As a repairer, I would ask you to get it from Baumatic and contact me when (if ever) it turns up for replacement.
Hello all. I have just been quoted £125 from Baumatic for the timer unit!!! By the time I have bought it and paid an engineer to fit it, it will have been cheaper to buy a new oven.
thanks for all the help however.
