Hi
Was testing an ise5 v5 after reported no spin (on the spin only programme) Cust was doing a silk cycle then wanted to spin 1600. Told her oob to start with so got bigger load and still nothing just goes to 6 mins cuts out 5 4 3 2 1 end. Oob still i thought, so i ran it empty and it did the same thing. so i ordered a top pcb and it still does it. No full speed spin on the spin only program. After much trying with various loads it will only do the spin only at max speed if fully (almost over) loaded other wish you have to rinse and spin the load then it will max spin practically anything. i’ve tried spin only on too others with no load and they wont spin at max speed. But an empty rinse and spin will. Anybody else come across this?
