    my machine is filling, but the water is coming straight out of the waste pipe, there are no lights displayed on the front but it stops when the wash dial is put back to zero. Any ideas anybody. It’s just been apart for new bearings but everything looks like it’s back in its usual place. Cheers

    Check that the drain hose is routed higher than the water level in the drum.

    cheers for that, was testing it in the back garden and hose was on the ground

    Thought my luck wouldn’t be that good, tried it with the hose in the air and still happening. Seems like the drain pump is still running while the water inlet valve is open. Is there a magic combination of button pushing to reset the machine.

    taken pcb out and there are a couple of black marks around a couple of items, one looks like a small transformer
