    Hi Guys does anyone have tech info for the HJA machines i have an intergrated wash/dryer fills and runs for about 3 minutes then the start and 2nd option light flash 11 times???

    thanks to P45 and his vast knowledge i have worked out 11 flashes is a dryer module error, but looking on partfinder there is no listing for a dryer module, does this mean i need the main module or is the new disc as dodgy as the machines it represents??

    Doesn’t look like it’s fitted……. If not wiring, presumably coreboard.

    Got one of these to look at. Have put off till Friday. Intermittent drying problems apparently. Sometimes will fill and not stop filling when set to dry, other times will only pump, other times will work OK. Washing programme reputedly works OK. Customer going to try a rant at Howdens as only 2 y o apparently and has had other problems but he’s ranted at them before without success. I’ve said I’ll have a look and no promises. meanwhile he’s going to try some other programmes as he’s the owner but lets out the property most of the time.
    Any ideas or info. would be gratefully received.

    hi need to resurrect this as ive got same models with delay light flashing after 30 seconds ..

    model hja 8703 ser 3180008

    you can select any prog – it will fill drum will turn then it cuts out – delay light flashing , reset pcb select spin it will pump out motor will turn then 30- to 1 min – delay light on agian

    any help appreciated

    Ally it’s the same error codes as all Hoover/Candy m/c’s. The Howdens is the same as the old ‘Chronovision’ Hoovers in fact and the error code determined by counting the number of flashes the Delay LED & START LED flash simultaneously.
